Hard Drive condition ?

I have a late 2012 Fusion Drive.

Is there an option to make an HD check condition to know if a fail will occur soon ?

The only tools available that ship with your iMac are Disk Utility. You can run First Aid on the drive to see it detects any errors. Anticipating when a HD failure will occur is not a task that can be done normally until a failure has begun. If you believe your HD is beginning to fail then the first thing to do is ensure you have a backup. That backup should be first Time Machine however it would also be wise to have a bootable clone backup using tools such as SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner. This way in the event that your internal HD does fail, you can boot from the clone and continue working until you have the internal HD replaced.

If uptime is critical  to your operation then you may also want to consider getting an external SSD and use that. SSD's are more reliable than mechanical drives, while yes they are more expensive per GB that should not be a factor if uptime is critical to your operation.
