iOS 11 drains my battery

IOS 11 drains my battery and makes my iPod Touch 6th generation 32 g run hot.

I allowed my battery to completely discharge then put my device on charger for at least 30 minutes. It’s showed a full battery charge when I took it off the charger. Within five minutes it showed half the charge was already gone.

my iPad mini 4th generation 64 g is also losing its charge much quicker than it used too.
