How can I digitize my old tape cassettes? I bought a "Super USB Cassette Capture", but it appears to only work with Windows.

You might check out the "BEHRINGER U-CONTROL UCA202," an audio interface that connects to your Mac or PC via USB.  If you have a cassette deck with Dolby NR, you won't have a problem with high-pitched hiss during playback.  Years ago, when I was digitizing some music on cassettes with an older, pre-OS X Mac, my Boom Box (w/o Dolby) had a reasonably good equalizer and I was able to compensate for and minimize that problem.  A good recording program can provide an equalizer interface via software to improve the sound quality.
