How do I use my wireless iMac mouse with my MacBook Air?

Pair it with the MBA as you did for the iMac. However, if the two computers will be in proximity of one another, then you should disconnect it from the iMac before pairing it with your MBA. Or buy a separate mouse for the MBA/iMac.
