Mac book pro jangle sound from speakers

Halo,

My Mac book pro producing a jangle sound when am playing Youtube or any audio or video songs.With Bluetooth speaker and headphones its work perfectly.

The volume also very low with the mac inbuilt speakers. I connected my mac with Sony TV through HDMI cable. I have a doubt its happened after that. Is there any solution to get back my sound. I already did NVRAM reset. But no use.
