Performed clean installation on 6S

I erased my iPhone 6S and did a clean setup ("Setup as a new device").

At the same time, I switched the device to a different iTunes account (I have a separate iTunes accounts for three different iTunes regions).

Now, I've started a Family subscription to Music in the phone but I can't turn on iCloud Music Library because apparently the device is still associated with the 'old' Apple ID. When I access that account through iTunes the device is no longer shown; and it is shown in the 'new' (correct) account as I'd expect. How can I fix this situation?
