Apple Watch stopped stand prompts after update

I updated my Apple Watch iOS last week and my stand prompts have stopped. The stand reminders are turned on under the activity notifications in the watch app. I have tried turning the notifications off and back on and restarting the watch but neither has fixed the issue. Any advice?

The following steps may help:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Passcode > check that Wrist Detection is turned on.
• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, to go: My Watch (tab) > Health.
  • If the setting for Wheelchair currently states Not Set, then tap on Edit (upper-right) > tap on No Set and change it to "No" (options are shown in the bottom area of the screen) > tap on Done (upper-right).
• Monitor performance after making any changes.
