iTunes recognize my iphone as a new one!

I have an iPhone 5s on iOS 10.3.3 and my pc is on windows 10 home, iTunes is up to date too but lately I made a backup and when it finished I unplugged my iPhone as usually. Now when I plug it again instead of showing me the details of my iPhone it shows me a screen that says if I want to update my iPhone or to set it as a new one. If I tap the cancel button the device disconnects. I tried to update it but when the update finished this screen sown up again. I reinstalled the iTunes app but the same. What can I do?
