Need serious help or talk to customer support, ...

TL;DR= AppleiD account has two-step verification

-AppleID account had its password AND phone number changed

-I am the only person with access to this account

-I need the account back

 

Hey all, so i've been trying to access my itunes/icloud/apple account that i've had since forever and i am unable to do so. It seems my password AND phone number have been changed on my account. This is a huge problem for me because i have very important apps on my phone that i NEED to have access to.


I cannot call apple support because i currently live in the Caribbean and i think i've been through every nook within the apple website in search of answers to my problem. Obviously, the account recovery option can not work in my situation.

 

I have two of my personal emails registered to the "stolen" Apple account, i really need this AppleID back.

 

Does anyone have a support email i can contact? Or does apple have a type of "live-chat" for people seeking help (free of course)

I received an email saying someone had logged into my Apple account from a device in India.  Is this email authentically from Apple?  If so, how to I respond to the email?
