Could my SSD be failing or just another problem...

Hi,

This could just be another 'Sometimes... Problems' post, or maybe someone can see something I'm missing.

To start:

- Sometimes I still get the screen artifact glitch on startup

- Sometimes I can't find minimised safari windows unless I close all others and click the safari icon - happens in mail a lot as well.

- Sometimes the iMac will slow to a crawl

- Last week the fans wouldn't work - with or without manual control apps, at the same time as fan problem I had kernel tasks running the CPU 'Activity Monitor' at nearly 800%

- Sometimes I cant take a sample of the process running

- Sometimes I have to enter my admin password to get a sample of the process.

Normally my mac boots in around 7 seconds today took three mins.

The bugs change constantly, I hadn't seen the startup screen artefacts for a few months, had them for two days last week and then gone.

I have had Apple Macs for over 20 years and never had problems, in-fact things got so bad, I changed my last late 2015 i5 to this one, it's still a late 2015 but one of the best specs available being an I7 4ghz with 32Gb ram with SSD HD.

I mainly do web work, and digital magazines, no huge files and no sound or video, and sometimes this machine still crawls along every time I run OnyX file permissions it shows repairs, today it crashed while fixing permissions.

I often get the 'calculating' showing under - about this Mac (SS attached)

I have an external SSD as well; all these problems happen with or without my external hardware connected

So, I am again trying to track down this ever-changing problem, does the screen grab of the permissions repair look like there could be an overall HD problem?

Thanks

I have included a couple of screen grabs and my Etre report at the bottom, Malwarebytes isn't running all the time, once a month I will install and check, or if I think there is a problem.
