Bug with "F1

Hello, I have a problem with my MacBook Air 13 "(2014):

The functions keys "F1-F12" are not working properly.

The problem is that the built-in functions like changing the brightness of the screen, keyboard, multimedia and sound keys no longer work.

It is not a hardware problem since the keys are recognized, when I press it I hear the sound of "error", moreover I added several shortcuts to test if the keys worked and there were no problems.

It's really just the built-in features (brightness, sound etc.) that no longer work.


I have already done all the possible solutions found on the internet:

- reset SMC

- reset NVRAM

- modify / create / use a new user session

- try in safe mode

- the battery looks normal


With the release of High Sierra I even completely reinstall the system, formatting the SSD etc, thinking that this might solve the problem.

But no, this "bug" is always present.


Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, do you have a solution to my problem?
