ipad 2 stuck after 9.3.5 update

Today morning I have installed the 9.3.5 update. Surprisingly it was shown as an extremely small 1.2 kbyte update.

After restrart the progress bar stoppet at about 2 mm from the end and since that nothing..

Tried to update with iTunes, but this time the progress bar doesn't even start, my laptop is waiting for iPad to respond but it seems it will not...
