Moving Songs from iTunes to iPhone now that Syn...

I have music that I've loaded to iTunes  on my iMac (from various CD's, etc) that I'd like to put on my iPhone, but now that Sync is gone and I can no longer see my devices in iTunes, I'm at a loss on how to do that. Help please?
