2017 mbp 3.1, unable to boot

New 2017 mbp 3.1 will no longer bootup into os 10 high sierra. Resetting the pram does not work. Recovery does not work. Can not even get to recovery mode. The unit is less than four weeks old and I am having loads of issues. Some of which include freezing, disappearing files, boot issues and slowdowns.

Any suggestions? I plan to take this system into the Apple store soon in hopes of obtaining some support
