Stuck in disk utilities and unable to reinstall...

Hello,

My macbookpro was requesting a computer restart to update purposes but when I did got stuck on blanck apple screen. I followed some instructions from the internet and now i am stuck on the disk utilities.

Somehow i managed to erase my startup disk and now i cannot even reinstall the mac os sierra because i receive a message of 'permition denied'.
