Iwatch is frozen and will not power down

Iwatch is frozen and will not power down either. Stuck in workout mode.

Your duplicate post in another thread also clarified:

"Iwatch is in workout mode and voice over is on. It's locked. It accepts passcode and provide power down button but won't do anything but go back to work out mode. I'm stuck."

With VoiceOver enabled, different gestures are required in order to navigate between screens.

To end a workout, swipe to the leftmost screen within the Workout app and tap on End:

To swipe within VoiceOver mode, follow the instructions here:

• VoiceOver

It may otherwise help to follow one of these steps to turn off VoiceOver:

• Quickly press the Digital Crown (the round button) on your Apple Watch three times in a row.
• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
• Or use Siri: use "Hey Siri" or press and hold the Digital Crown (round button) then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”

Having turned off VoiceOver, if your Apple Watch remains unresponsive, then it may help to restart it or, if it cannot be restarted normally, to force restart it:
