Thinking about a totally new type of virtual ke...

When I use the ipad to type in a lot of contents sometime but I have no real keyboard. I am thinking about if there is a kind of virtual keyboard software which could enhance the typing speed, to make the virtual keyboard as convenient as real keyboard. Here is my idea but I do not know if it is possible to develop such thing.

The most weakness of virtual keyboard versus real keyboard is that I can touch and feel the keys in the real keyboard,it is very fast to find the keys F & J without seeing the keyboard because they are different feeling from the fingers. For virtual keyboard, I just cannot do this because the touch feel is always the same. Now think about the following possbility:

When I need to type in something to the ipad. there is no virtual keyboard on the screen. I need two steps to input the content I want to type.

First, I put my two hands on the screen, imageing the screen is a real keyboard, now I have 8 fingers on the screen except my thumbs because typically thumbs will not put on the space key but another 8 fingers will put on the keys [ A S D F ] [ J K L ; ]. At this time, the ipad feel the 8 fingers position and distance between the fingers, then the  screen displays the virtual keyboard exactly match the 8 fingers.

Second, since now my fingers are at right position, I can type like the real keyboard very fast.

For the real keyboard, we use our fingers to find the right position because the real keyboard is static. Since for virtual keyboard it is hard to find the position, so we use 8 fingers to touch the screen and let the ipad display the keyboard with right size and position. Every time we touch the all 8 fingers to the screen, the ipad adjust the size and position to make sure we can always keep the right position.

If there is such virtual keyboard, typing directly on the screen may be much more faster and convenient.

I have much more detail ideas about this, if it is valuable, I would like to share more.
