Wrongly charged for apps

Does anyone know how to contact itunes support to get credit on some apps that I was charged for? thanks

From App Store I downloaded free code for WhatsApp but the moment it got downloaded I was charged INR 60.00 without my consent...

Now whom to contact and how to get back illegally taken amount from my card..though it is a small amount but its matter of ethics which shouldn't be practised by Appal Inc.
