Macbook Pro Blue Screen Restarts

My MacBook Pro 2011 keeps crashing, it shows the blue screen and restarts-sometimes it just turns itself off. Then when it restarts it won't get past the loading screen. The bar gets halfway and the screen goes grey, sometimes it restarts itself and sometimes it gets stuck.

I try resetting the SMC and PRAM which works sometimes. I have tried rebooting in Safe mode which works sometimes too. I also tried disk utility which again sometimes works.

I restored factory settings but downloaded Chrome again-could that be the problem?

Now it gets stuck on the loading page and there are blue lines on the login screen.

Please help!!!!

If you tried all of above, enter recovery and reinstall the OS.

Thanks, i tried that when I restored, I meant reinstalling
