how can I delete credit card information from app store in IPAD2

Go to Settings > Store then click on Apple ID, and you can change the credit card information there.

Log onto your account in the app store or apple.com, and remove your credit card info.  You will not be able to buy anything until you enter alternate arrangements.   The credit card stuff is not stored on the pad anywhere.

I had the same problem and I was told to contact Apple.com at their 1-800-676-2775.  In my case they had one of my credit cards on file and I wanted to use a second credit card and the website would not allow me to change it or delete it.

I logged into my apple account, but don't see credit card info anywhere? Can u guide me please

Pfff.. its hard to find the info, but i found it! download itunes on your pc. then go to appstore in teh itunes and voilla!

Heeey...well I'm trying everything here on everyone is say on differs websites and all..but Everythime in go into edit..I don't get the non button for payment information...I really need help. I wanna take my credit card out because I already have an I tunes card and redeemed my account bit now I can't take my credit card out nor buy anything! Heeeeelp me please!

I just buy a iPad 3 and use Gift credit card at beginning.

I'm from Canada and usevps so my ip can be from other country.

So now I can't use this gift credit card even if they have $27 on it.

I try too buyin iTunes gift card. At beginning its work but now it's stop to work.

And I have $100 there.

I never use my real credit card on the Internet and never I will do that.

I use just PayPal or gift credit card.

Ok I talk for nothing since Apple is too much miserly to buy employee for support.

Open "App Store" on your screen.

Then at the bottom of that page you will notice a white strip which states:  Apple ID: [and your ID is here]

Hit that and you will see a small blue Apple ID window pop up.

Hit "View Apple ID"

A larger grey "Account" window will pop up.

Hit "Payment information"

You will see a list of various credit cards ... yours is probably included in this list.

Hit "none"

and it's as simple as that ... your credit card information has been deleted.

[When I phoned apple support they actually told me that once they have my credit card information that it can never be removed!!!!!!!!! .... This is my way of thumbing my nose at them, trying to let as many people as I can that this is certainly not the case!]

Iizwt. When I try doing that it only pops up showing my card details and asking to update them and there are no other options.

Mine doesn't say non though

it is not going to work if you just removed the info...!!!!!!
