Prophet 12 keeps crashing on Logic Pro X Start

My Prophet 12 keeps crashing whenever I start up Logic... I have the latest version of Logic Pro X, latest firmware for the P12, latest version of Audio Midi... I have an extensive Midi studio with a mix of Midi running on USB and Midi cable/Midi Interface... and I have had this setup for a long time, but this crash is new. It appears as though Logic is sending a large packet of Sysex to the P12 - mostly Control Surface Sysex - so I deleted com.apple.logic.pro.cs and I checked to see if "Send Used Midi Settings After Loading" was checked - it wasn't.

It does seem that the crash happens as soon as my Virus TI plugin loads - but I see no evidence of that when I run MidiMonitor so I'm not sure if that's the culprit. Yes, I have the latest version of the Virus TI Plugin.

When I say "crash" I mean that the P12 completely seizes up and becomes non-responsive until I restart.

Any Ideas? It's drivin' me nuts...
