Kernel Panics Macbook pro mid 2012

Been having random kernel panics. Sometimes after the computer wakes up, sometimes while just doing a basic google search. Sometimes while a video is playing and I am not touching the computer. I'm unsure if I have a RAM chip hardware issue since I have replaced the RAM with the original RAM and panics still occur. I have already tried erasing my hard drive, uninstalling MacOS Sierra, replacement with SSD, and re-installation from scratch. Also, I have used apple hardware test, resetting PRAM, SMC, and memtest86+ from usb stick. First two tries of memtest failed on the third pass, but the latest test I had today ran full without error. So I am unsure if the motherboard is at fault since the kernel panics have occured over the past month randomly every 1-4days. All peripherals have been disconnected, I uninstalled my 3rd party antivirus. This machine is only 2 years old, with only 1 year of intensive usage: Macbook Pro mid 2012 13" non-retina. I have the follow kernel panic logs. The RAM was crucial 4gb sticks with correct clock speed and voltage levels + ssd was verified by crucial to be compatible with my system.
