I followed the informational link from a Google Search.

The link did provide an explanation of which apps I had purchased and was very helpful.

However, the link did not address the taxes that were added to the email receipt for the charges.

This made it very difficult to resolve charges on my bill. After making a special effort to address

the addition of the tax, the legal charges matched as expected.

In addition, there were additional charges that were added on the dates that the app was purchased

according to the dates on the apple website. Comparing these charges to the actual itemized credit

card bill, it appears that spurious charges are being added at the credit card company.

Many jurisdictions require the collection of taxes for various types of purchases. Your bill might be quite different in another state.

Also, reading If you see "itunes.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support it's easy to see that it is more of an overview of ideas to figure out what the charges are on your bill.

The spurious charges are probably specific to that credit card company. Another credit card might come up to a different total, also.
