Having problem with apps update

After upgrading to IOS11 I am having this issue that I have updated all apps but they are just stuck like its keep loading. Even though wifi is 100%, its not even letting me download anything. In the picture you can see the pending list, its been there for a while now. I did the reboot and also restart but still no help. I dont want to restore, if there anything else I can do please let me know.
