12.7 issues

Why is it every other update Apple put out has major issues. With this latest update 12.7  now I have to wait 4 minutes before I can play any of my music, I'm not able to go into the Store, listen to the radio or do anything that has to do with the internet.  This make me sooooo unhappy with Itunes and the Apple Tech people. Their last big issue update took me 3 weeks to be able to listen to music and four months before they released an update to fix the problems their previous update caused.   uggggggggggghh.

Anyone out there have some luck with this 12.7 update --getting things to work correctly?
