Slow network during certain times

I've got the newest TC model A1470 and keep seeing my download speed drop at nighttime. I've got a dedicated fiber line and during the day if I connect direct to modem via PPPoE at any time speed stays the same (300+ Mbps down). If I connect via ethernet or wifi during the day drops to just over 100 Mbps down. The problem is at night when PPPoE stays the same but wired or wireless at night it drops to a range of 3-15 Mbps. ISP says it's a problem with time capsule. Has anyone else had similar problems? If so what kind of things can I do to fix? Thanks in advance!
