itunes refund

I haven't used iTunes in a few months as I didn't want to pay for it, and thought I had already requested a refund, how do I get a refund for sure?

There isn't a charge just for using iTunes, you are only charged for what you buy from the store.

 

What shows on your iTunes account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? Have you subscribed to something and not stopped it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?

 

In terms of a refund purchases are considered final, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : https://reportaproblem.apple.com
