Ipad gets disabled and asks to wait for 5min

hi

my ipad mini 2gets disabled evrytime i reboot and asks to wait for 5 min before u try

This started recently after i replaced touch screen digitizer,, the touch screen doesnt work only home button works. Tried to reboot same problem it gets locked.

please help

Who replaced the touchscreen? If it wasn't Apple, or an Authorized Apple service provider, I suspect that is where your problem is stemming. The iPad is not user serviceable, so if someone other than Apple did this, then you have forfeited any further support from Apple. They don't replace screens, they replace the entire device. The disable that you are getting will only get worse, and at some point, you will lose the ability to do anything on the device. I would see if you can find a reputable service provider that may be able to fix the problem. Otherwise, you only choice is to recycle the device and purchase a new one.
