Apple Watch 7 workouts in a week

In Activity under Achievements there is a Gold 7/7 that is for doing 7 fifteen minute workouts in 7 days (the Activity week... Monday-Sunday). It used to give you the 7/7 immediately upon completing your 7th workout. For some reason, today, it was showing that I had 10 workouts and still had not issued the award. I just looked again while writing this bug report and see that it finally gave it to me. Seems that it does not show it completed until sometime on Sunday even though I have done no workouts on Sunday.

Seems to be an iOS 11.0 or watchOS 4.0 bug.
