iPad Pro 10.5 wifi Issues!!!

Hi,
I am using a IPP 10.5 since July. Its a wifi only model.
The problem is when I am using wifi with my home network with a Netgear (single 2.4GHz band)  router, it shows a very poor network connectivity, meaning internet is very slow and some particular apps like, flicks, numbers..etc can’t even be downloaded from app store (it says unable to download). And moreover, the download speed is not constant, it falls 1mbps at a time, sometimes it reaches 0 with active download processes.


I have downloaded games like Gangstar, Asphalt …etc but these can’t be played as it says it can’t connect with the server. Again, games like MC5, Assassin’s Creed works all right.

but alas! when i am using my hotspot, or wifi from other location, it is completely ok.

I called my ISP people and asked them to solve this problem. they tried in every possible way and said from our side its ok completely.

Moreover, I am also using iPhone 7plus, MBP 13.3pro, A Sony smart TV with the same wifi network and working perfectly.


So what can I do, Please help?

Make sure there is no interference around you when you are experiencing these issues. Bluetooth devices, which also operate on 2.4ghz, could be one cause for this. Try moving your router's location to see if that improves connectivity; the closer you are to it, the better. Really, the most likely cause is interference, so if you are primarily using your iPad in a particular location in your house, try moving to a different one and see if connectivity improves.

I tried all of these but i am afraid, it didnt work.

I searched on internet that these pro divices has issues with wifi.
