US store tv show purchase abroad

I'm based in Dubai and i would like to purchase a TV show from the US store. It seems like the code I'm using only works in Dubai

You cannot buy anything from the US iTunes Store unless you are physically in the US with a US billing address and iTunes account. Normally I'd suggest contacting the TV company / rights-holder and ask them to make it available in your country's store, but as far as I can see TV programmes aren't currently available from iTunes in the UAE, so that won't do any good. You could just buy the programme on DVD/blu-ray and watch it that way.
