Macbook Pro getting hot on startup

Well, I started up my Macbook Pro 13-inch (early 2015) as usually, but the trackpad was so smooth and hard that I can't click on anything then i turned it off for a while and i turned it on again in moments it started getting warm in upper right side and still getting warmer. 

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong with it
