apple iD disable

every time I try to update or install a  app says apple id disable how can I fix this ?

Apple ID Has Been Disabled

 

  1. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
  2. Apple ID Disabled
  3. Apple ID is Disabled - Apple Club
  4. Apple ID- "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears
  5. If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support
