Complaining about Customer Service

I bought my Macbook Pro in Thailand (Siam Paragon) from Authorized Shop on 20th January 2017. Yesterday Morning, I could not open my Macbook Pro and I contacted Service center for this case. They said that my international warrenty of My Macbook pro is already expired. How did they check it. I bought in the early period of 2017. Why Authorized shop from Thailand is unreliable. They said that my international warrenty has started since July 2017. At that time, i still was no in Thailand. I was really angry and I want to complain it to Apple but I don't see any email address for this case. If there is any email address, please let me know.
