Unwanted emails Part 2

So...I'm at my wits' end! I received an excellent article yesterday on how to block unwanted emails.  But the problem is: I keep receiving MORE unwanted emails. Today I blocked 38 emails...all with the same topics (how to increase brain power) and all with different senders with unusual email addresses. This is becoming extremely frustrating! Does anyone have a good solution to this issue!

Well, you could change your e-mail address.

Yes, however, this is my primary email address and linked to MANY accounts.  It would be very difficult to change.  That would be my last resort. I just thought this would stop and instead it is increasing. UGH!
