Install Windows 7 with RAID via Bootcamp

Hello people, how are you? I hope you all are fine. Sorry for another question, it's because I trust in you, here there are a lot of very intelligent people that can help each other. Well, about my question:

I made software RAID using 2 HDDs with the same brand and model and it's pretty well, the two HDDs joint show 500 GB, as each one has 250 GB. Well, it's running great with Lion, but I need to install Windows with Lion, because one plug-in that I need to run (LEVELs from Mastering the Mix) won't run in Lion, as it was designed for Mountain Lion or newer. So, even RAID running great with Lion, have a problem to make a partition of Windows (change the standard format of the two discs running Lion with another system dividing the HDDs) running in software RAID mode or it's safe? It can force the components of motherboard or the HDDs or it not exists? Sorry to appear to be very worried, but my mom and me use this computer and this computer is the computer that I use to work too, I need it running perfectly. Do you think it's ok to install Windows 7 32-Bit Professional with Lion using software RAID? Thanks people, all of good for us.
