With no ear phone jack the solution is ear buds...

Ear buds are great when there is no headphone jack, but what about if you wear hearing aids?

I think you will have to buy this:

Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter - Apple

then you will be able to use any headphones you want.

I do think that there is a Beats over the ear model that can connect, if you actually like those. Also you can buy Bluetooth headphones but the connection won’t be as good.
