Why are you behaving unjustice on refunds?

Hello. Sunday i made one in app purchase.Then the application freezed and i saw 2 another purchases without asking my password and permission.Then i reported immediatly from report page of apple.But they refused my refund because of that i got some mistakenly purchase refund before.I am really having difficulties understanding your refund exception concept.

 

I am a loyal customer and i buy some applications from time to time. I had a serious accident on my last 2 purchases and is that your attitude toward me? I can give you many apple id's that got more refund than me.So why is my mistakenly purchase is not canceling and refunding my money back.

 

I searched so many similar cases on internet and you always protect your customers in these kind of mistakenly purchases. Why am i different? Why are you behaving unjustly? 

 

This is not fraud, this is not an abuse. This is just a problem your loyal customer has. 

 

I insist you to review my case again. I will do everything not to have this kind of problems again. But you need to understand me and help me out. I am not a rich guy to have these kind of purchases. Please review again and refund my money to my credit card. As a loyal customer, i have right to ask this at least. Thank you
