Digitizers not available & closed.

Hi,

I am trying to convert an old VHS video to digital format, using an Ezcap USB video capture I bought from Amazon, and have been trying to install the software VideoGlide but when I do and try to run it I get a message saying - "There are digitizers available, but all of them are currently closed. To use a digitizer, select it from the 'digitizers' menu". The issue I have it that I cannot get to the digitizers menu as it doesn't open and only shows this message.

I then thought I should download "Ezcap' as I read on a forum to try that but when I tried to install that it came up another message, which a few people have reported, saying - "There are no available digitizers. Other applications may currently be using the hardware, the hardware may not be plugged in, or the driver software may not be installed correctly".

Any suggestions?
