Crown resistance to rotate

It seems that when I want to use the Crown , I feel small Crown resistance to rotate ..

( Especially when I want to operate it after non use but full function and in ON position in my wrist )

Is it normal ?

It can be normal to experience some resistance when turning the Digital Crown. Operation of the Digital Crown can be affected by substances like dust or lotion. If it has stopped operating as expected, then it may help to clean it by following the steps here:

Maybe it is normal and effected by the software ?

As it is happening only when I want to use the watch via the crown after "sleep mode like".

Meaning, no similar crown behavior after that small tiny resistance.

It functioning OK all the way after ...

The resistance is not altered by the software.
