iBooks not working with PDFs since the update

When viewing my gas bills online , on my iPad, if I just put my finger in the right hand corner I always got ‘open in ibooks’ ....since the ios11 update yesterday I can’t do it now .....I have gone to British Gas   Found my latest 5 page bill, but get no option to open in iBooks where I can save it ......I don’t get an option to save either ...I can copy but it won’t paste anywhere ....tried it online with EDF bills same thing ... same on iPhone too .....

that is a real nuisance as I always put my bills into iBooks until I could print them off, or not ....

anything I can do about it, any suggestions please
