Volume of MacBook Pro is too low

Hi, my MacBook Pro (2016) has a problem that, after I receiving a phone call on it, the volume will be much lower when I try to continue watching my video with safari. I have to make the volume at the highest level through settings to hear it, and it is still too low for me.

Try resetting the NVRAM: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063.

Try resetting the SMC: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295.

Go to Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup and see if the settings are correct there.
