Disable Alert "Your apple id is now being used ...

Our organization is using iPads as survey kiosks in multiple remote locations. Every time we add a new iPad, all other iPads display the following alert:

"your apple id is now being used for imessage and facetime on a new ipad"

This is creating a problem as we need to intervene manually in all locations to remove the alert. We are not interested in using iMessage or FaceTime. The kiosks are running guided access and are only meant to loop a survey and collect responses. This alert is interfering with this process.

Is it possible to disable this alert or at least hide it from being viewed by survey responders? If it's not possible to disable the alert, is there a way to prevent the alert from being triggered? All iPads are owned by the same entity.
