How to get the watch face shown in Adds?

Does anyone know how to setup the watch face that is now shown in the Apple Watch 3 adds? It looks like the Utility face but seems to have a smaller Second dial in the lower center of the watch, red Hour and Minute hands and shows the time in 5 minute increments on the outer ring. It looks great and is featured all over the web/add's (see Apple Watch Series 3 - Apple and scroll down to the first feature explanation of phone and messages, it is the face you see first) but I can't figure out how to actually set this up on my watch (Apple Watch 1 with latest OS). Does anyone have any thoughts on how to set this face up? Would be cheeky to advertise with a look that customers actually can't get....

I'm afraid that watch face is not available for your Apple Watch model.

 

You are referring to the Explorer watch face, which is only available on Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular).

 

The watch face enables the user to monitor the cellular signal strength, which is not relevant for other Apple Watch models.

 

If you would like Apple to consider offering a similar watch face for other models, then you can submit a feature request here:
