Having trouble with video uploading via Ustream

I can't watch a company training video that streams through Ustream on either Chrome or Firefox Browser. I've got updated Browsers, Flash and added to firewalls and still won't stream. I continue to receive the "redirecting...please wait, from Ustream. Any advice??
