How to fix MacBook 2011 GPU Issue without booti...

So I have a MacBook  early 2011 15 inch and it has the fried gpu problem (6490m).

Basically it's stopping me from doing literally anything on the computer. Everything whitescreens, booting OSX from a USB makes it blue screen, terminal only lets me enter bash-3.2# and every command just says 'not found'.

I'm pretty much stumped on this. I literally have tried everything and now I can't think of any more solutions. I don't want to take it to an Apple store because i'm a student and I don't have the money for that sort of thing.

Try rebooting in Safe Mode: that should prevent the discrete GPU from being activated.

Like I said, it's stopping me from doing literally anything on the computer. Safe mode brings a long error onto the screen which it then reboots the computer about 2 seconds later.
