downgrade ios 11 to ios 10

is there a way i can down grade my ios 11 to 10 on my ipad air? im having bad experience on my ipad air after i upgrade my ios to 11, some application always log out and the speed so slow, every time i open safari i always count 5 to 10 seconds berfore it open

Apple does not support downgrading.

Perhaps if you restored your device to factory settings and then restored it from backup, it may clear up the cobwebs
