Bunk flash installer

I downloaded a bunk flash installer last night. It changed the look of my browser (somehow) and brought "booking.com" and "Advanced Mac Cleaner" into my applications with it. I looked through my computer pretty well and found a bunch of things on it that were added last night and that I needed to enter my administrator password to delete. Should I be looking out for anything else? I downloaded Malwarebytes as per some of your recommendations. It found a bunch of stuff and continues to find a thing called "hlprmac". How do I get rid of that for good? Thanks for all the help so far. I really appreciate it.
