Install SSD from air 2015 in MBpro 2015??

Hi, I have a macbook pro 2015 retina 15 inches, with a 256gb SSD drive. This drive is running out of space and I found someone selling a 512gb SSD from a MBAir 2015 13 inches; so although I believe that the form factor of the drives are the same and I can install the air's ssd in my MBpro, I am not sure that the performance will be the same, as I never found info stating that the 2015 air has read/write speeds similar to the macbook pro (or same).

 

In the case of the MBpro SSDs are faster than the air's, is this related to the MBpro BUS? or is the SSD itself?

 

In resume, if I install this SSD will I have the same read/write rates than my actual SSD?
