I have just returned after over a year in hospital.  My sister gave me a laptop, unfortunately this exceeds my authorisation limit, and my old xp machine is refusing to upgrade or de-authorise.  Can anyone help please?  All my other PC'S are older so it seems a pointless exercise to dig them out!

Ironically I just stumbled on the solution - iTunes store account provides a de-authorise all option!
